Before you inquire.
A few practical answers about the catalog and quotation process.
How do I request a quotation?
Open a product, choose any listed options, set a quantity and add it to your inquiry list. Review your selections, add your contact details and requirements, and submit the form.
Can I ask about several products at once?
Yes. Add multiple products to the same inquiry list. You can change quantities or remove products before sending it.
Why aren’t prices shown?
Pricing and availability are discussed in response to your requirements. The inquiry form lets you include quantities, specifications and delivery destination together.
Does sending an inquiry place an order?
No. Sending an inquiry is a request for information and a quotation. It does not take payment or create a purchase commitment.
What should I include for delivery?
Please include your country and any delivery requirements in your message. Delivery arrangements, costs and timing can then be discussed with your quotation.
Can I request a particular size or finish?
Include the exact dimensions, material, finish or packaging requirements in your inquiry. We can discuss whether your requested specification is available.
Can I send a question without choosing a product?
Yes. Use the contact form for general questions, or submit an inquiry without adding products. A product name or code is helpful when your question concerns a specific item.
