Information in an inquiry
When you send an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, country, message and selected products. You may also provide a company name and phone number. We use this information to respond to your request and discuss your product requirements.
Where information is stored
Inquiry records are available to authorized Sand FKM administrators. When the live database is connected, records are stored using Supabase. In local preview, records stay in the local development environment.
Newsletter subscriptions
If you subscribe to product updates, we store your email address, subscription status and the time you gave consent. This list is available only to authorized administrators. You can use the contact form to ask to unsubscribe or request removal of your information.
Your inquiry list
The website uses your browser’s local storage to remember your inquiry list between visits. You can remove products from the list, or clear this website’s stored data through your browser. Administrator sign-in uses session cookies.
Questions and requests
Use the contact form to ask about the information you submitted, request a correction or ask for its removal. Include your inquiry reference when available. Please do not send sensitive personal information that is not needed for a product quotation.
